Cancellation & Refunds

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if not yet shipped.
  • Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To cancel, please email or WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as possible.
  • If the cancellation is approved, a full refund (excluding COD / payment gateway charges, if any) will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Return & Exchange

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “not liking the product,” “wrong size ordered,” or “change of mind.”
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
    • You received a wrong product
    • There is a manufacturing defect
  • In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund (only if replacement not available).
  • Return shipping for defective or wrong items will be borne by CradleBee.

No Refunds on Non-Defective Items

  • As baby products are sensitive and hygiene-based, refunds will not be provided except for verified defective or wrong items.
